Products & pricing
We try to ensure all product information, images and prices are accurate, but errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to update or change information at any time without notice. All prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD).

Orders & payment
An order is accepted once payment has been successfully processed and you receive an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order (for example, where products are unavailable, there is a pricing error, or we suspect fraudulent activity); in this case, any payment received will be refunded.

Shipping & delivery
Shipping, delivery times and related terms are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Service. By ordering, you acknowledge that delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by factors outside our control.

Returns & refunds
Our Returns & Refunds Policy forms part of these Terms of Service. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Grace Lane Beauty is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or our products. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law; where a guarantee applies, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund as set out in that law.
